On behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), Afrika-Verein, together with GIZ, the German Chambers of Commerce Abroad (AHKs), and other partners, is organizing and implementing a series of Business Days alongside upcoming German government negotiations with selected African partner countries, with additional support from the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE).

The goal is simple: identify concrete project ideas that can be taken forward by German business or consortia, together with development cooperation partners and with political backing from the German government.
Where do you come in? 

We’re following a step-by-step approach to make sure this is driven by real business needs and will be defined by your input:

- Surveys & interviews: to collect your ideas, interests, and challenges for each country
- Industry/Sector calls: to connect you with partners and relevant programmes
- Business Days: where we bring everything together to discuss and shape concrete, implementable projects

Your input will directly help shape projects that can move forward within the framework of German development cooperation.
