September 25th 2025, 9.00 am - 5.00 pm (CET)
via MS Teams

Module 1: Introduction to Cross Border Project Tax Planning (9.00 am - 12.00 pm CET)
Module 2: Audits and Controversy Issues (2.00 pm - 5.00 pm CET)

The Challenge of Tax Planning in Africa: While globalization and technological advancements have made it easier for companies to engage in cross-border activities, the intricate legal framework of tax laws across various African jurisdictions presents a formidable challenge. For management and executives of internationally operating companies, as well as professionals in project planning, sales, tax, law, and corporate insurance, understanding these complexities is crucial. Before embarking on ventures in Africa or other international markets, companies must ensure compliance with both their home country's laws and those of the host country. This includes navigating double taxation agreements and other legal intricacies that can impact project planning and implementation.

We are honoured to have Mrs Inken Taubenheim and Mr Allan Onsando from WTS GmbH, who will share their expertise on international tax planning for business and projects in Africa.

Participants will have the opportunity to submit relevant topics in advance, allowing for a tailored and responsive discussion during the seminar.

Why Attend? This seminar is an invaluable opportunity for professionals seeking to deepen their understanding of international tax planning in Africa. Whether you are involved in project calculation, sales, or corporate insurance, the insights provided will equip you with the knowledge to make informed decisions and optimize your business strategies.
